Sitting with Scott Kominers and his partner Zoe was the first time I sat with more than one person to create a piece in this series. What made it even more special was that it fell on the day of their 10th anniversary of their first date. The two of them are equal parts brilliant analytical minds and wonderous whimsical lovers of all things quirky. Our chat seamlessly flowed from auctioneering to stuffed animals and pumpkin boat races. It was pure, unbridled magic.
